Pebble Brook subdivision, located on Highway 3 and Loop 197 North in Texas City, has recently been purchased by Castle Rock communities which plans to construct homes ranging from $100,000-$130,000 in the 82-lot subdivision.
Castle Rock plans to begin construction in Spring 2012 in Pebble Brook and also are currently building homes in Salt Grass and Painted Meadows subdivisions in La Marque.
